Could you tell me how much lyrics ( mg) You take and how often. Do you take it at night and during the day. Does it help witn your pain??

Would you please tell me lthe amount you take daily. Ex:75 mg in the morning,75 mg at noon, 125 mg at bedtime. I need more information on taking it because I have terrible leg pain. I would think it’s based on you weight also?? Please let me know
