The key is to use it before the pain gets too bad. I know, its hard to predict isn't it? Some days I get relief after the first time and other days I have to use it more to greater relief. I use a Bed Buddy heat pack with my pain after I have rubbed the Volatern gel in. I was told to use it up to 4 times a day. Check with your doctor before doing that. Praying you get relief. @covidstinks2023 thank you so much for your reply. I also have a Bed Buddy. Is it a long tube filled with beads/beans and two rope type handles on each end. Mine is wonderful. Thanks for Blessings & Blessings to you.
