Is facial twitching due to neuropathy?

Hi
No, no biopsy. I was told, after tests, that I have length dependent axonal neuropathy.
Yes, mine is stocking and glove. Definitely up to knees and elbows now. So far, only occasional numb patches on thigh. Confirmed motor and sensory. Occasional nerve pain in torso. Scattered petechiae increasing on torso.
Facial twitches, subconjunctival haemorrhage in right eye, more mild headaches. Occasional migraine. Neuropathic itch.
I'm so worried this is going to become autonomic.
