Family member found out she has breast cancer! How can I support her?

This Cancer Journey can be a roller coaster of emotions!! Allow your Family Member to express how she feels, when it comes, as there are days where she will not be okay emotionally, and understanding she needs a safe space to feel. This is all part of the healing process. 💕💕

My daughter-in-law gave me a book during my cancer journey that was helpful. It is called UPLIFT the author is Barbara Delinsky.
It contains stories from women who have had breast cancer. It starts at the beginning of the cancer journey and walks thru aspects of treatment and what these women felt emotionally and how they handled each step of treatment.
I am 2 years post cancer and still read it.
