I had the same brain fog etc. experience with Lyrica. Went back on Gabapentin. It works better for me. One thing I noticed is when you stop or lower these meds there is a rebound effect where your symptoms get worse than they actually are. Makes you think you can’t switch meds or quit.
It dies down after a few days. At least it did for me.
What is LDN??
LDN - Low Dose naltrexone

I was told that anyone taking Lyrica if you need to get new health insurance taking that drug the insurance companies won't give you coverage. I don't take it but wonder why they won't insure anyone taking Lyrica or any anti-conlvulsive drugs.
I take Lyrica and my Humana insurance covers it. Shouldn’t be a problem; it’s a common drug.
I been taking Lyrica for 25 years and my insurance covers it.
I have been on pregabalan since 2021 and it definitely has helped me with my pain from Multiple Myeloma
It seems to affect some people and not others. Glad you get relief. What dosage do you take?
I have similar experience with Lyrica. Thanks for sharing this. I know now I'm not alone with these side effects.
I take 75 mg twice daily
