And the 'mother of all fears' is the fear of death. It gives me a jolt of reality -- to ACCEPT what I cannot change and what I CAN -- because it reminds me MY TIME is limited. And therefore precious. It's the jolt that helps me live with sensible food choices and close-to-optimal physical activity choices, resulting in sound sleep and alert-enough mind
