Yes! Definitely ease into it. I've never increased to the full patch. Easy does it for me. Baby steps. Hopefully you'll get some relief soon.

Thanks. I’m not giving up, but today was a rough day.
It just illustrates how desperate I am for help. I am one to do things all the way. Sometimes it’s a problem. Lol
I will do as you say and take it slower.

Well, I ‘ve had a rough few days. Not sure if I attribute to my nicotine OD, or just this terrible disease having it’s way with me. Ears are worse, and eyes so blurry. I’m a little hesitant to try even the low dose nicotine now. The other groups you mention are on social media that I don’t use.
Sort of at a loss of what to do next.
