Hi alexxa. Here are two books that will give you a wealth of information.
https://www.amazon.com/Great-Bones-Taking-Control-Osteoporosis/dp/B0BS8RJ2V3/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1KN5079KU275I&keywords=great+bones+book+keith+mccormick&qid=1694688016&sprefix=great+bones%2Caps%2C183&sr=8-1
and

You can also search for recorded videos on the internet for R Keith McCormick (Great Bones book author) and Margaret Martin (Melio Guide). Dr Sherri Betz, physical therapy specializing in osteoporosis, is very good also.

I looked at Bone Coach last year and decided not to join. However, I still get email from them with short videos and recipes. I think there is publicly available videos for free from Bone Coach. They may be a year old, but still interesting info.

@leeosteo, thanks so very much. I just ordered Great Bones 2 days ago and it was on my doorstep last evening so I am going to open it today! I happened to see a video. part of one, with the author, and was very impressed with his knowledge - I didn't have his earlier book.
Last night I happened to see a program that had 2 people I'd never heard of, "Buff Bones" and Dr. Doug Lucas but I'm not looking further into that, just curious as to when people start cautioning 'there are exercises you MUST do and those you should NEVER do" and I would like to work with a local PT and don't want to have to feel concerned that a well trained PT wouldn't know these things. I guess I'll see if they match all those taught by Betz, Melio Guide (don't have their resources yet), etc.
It's all rather confusing at this point. I am waiting to review dexa w/PCP - can make nothing of it myself.
