@alexxa

I read your note about taking what is called "Gold" level Bone Coach program. I don't know when you took it but that one with all the zoom classes is priced at 5,000.00. The "Diamond" program which gives you a full 6 months is 10,000 'discounted' (haha) to 8500.00. The 'basic self-guided' program is 1,000.00 (real price 1200.00 but they discount for paying in full). I was considering the basic self-guided course but am not sure if better use of my 1K would be something else. There are several books and programs out there. I'm only just starting to figure out what is best in terms of learning the basics and working with my dr. Just thought I'd update you on prices and anyone reading this. Any words of wisdom let me know.

Hi alexxa. Here are two books that will give you a wealth of information.

You can also search for recorded videos on the internet for R Keith McCormick (Great Bones book author) and Margaret Martin (Melio Guide). Dr Sherri Betz, physical therapy specializing in osteoporosis, is very good also.

I looked at Bone Coach last year and decided not to join. However, I still get email from them with short videos and recipes. I think there is publicly available videos for free from Bone Coach. They may be a year old, but still interesting info.
