We stayed in August at Townbridge Suites, a type of Marriott. It was very new, very clean had breakfast included i think only open till 9:30 though. Quiet, The self-serve breakfast had make your own waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, three or four cereals, oatmeal , bananas and other carryable fruit, yogurt, and milk and premade juices. There is also a coffee shop with pastries in the lobby. It was about a couple block walk to the Methodist and Gonda buildings.- Not connected. We found it easier to leave our car at the hotel and walk.
The room had double queen beds plenty of pillows, which is useful to me because I'd had arm surgery. There were ceramic not paper, plates glasses and utensils, an induction cooking surface that we did not use. A note said that they have all sorts of cooking equipment free to borrow . A decent size refrigerator. Furnishings were basic. But this place more than served our needs for a one-night stay before morning appointments. 601 2nd st SW, staff was very pleasant. Good ac.
Before that, when going to St Mary's, we stayed at an Aspen Suites, which was more basic but just fine for an overnight stay.Ample self-serve breakfast. It did have a pool, which we did not use, games &books available a fireplace in the lobby. It was basically across the street from St Mary's. Paking structure there was a bit tighter.
Good Luck

We did not ask about late checkout, but we packed our bags and put them in the car and Townplace staff had no problem with our leaving our car in their structure for the afternoon. We sat in the lobby without any issue. Several other patrons sat for hours in the Spyhouse Roasters coffee shop
