I am on creon as well . It depletes your potasium so i was told. In any event my potasium is extremely low even with prescription suppliments. This is whatt causes your legs to cramp i have leg cramps and everywhere else too.

I have never heard of Creon or any other pancrealipase causing hypokalemia. I looked on multiple drug information sites as well as Abbvie (Creon) and Nestlé but did not locate any reference to pancrealipase products causing hypokalemia. Their role is to digest food releasing vitamins and m’intercala for absorption through the intestine.

There are many other medications that pancreatic cancer patients take such as steroids and meds for co-morbidities and sequelae caused by the cancer or chemotherapy and far more likely to be the cause. If you find a link where Creon is implicated, I would be very interested in reading it.
