Mainly just the soreness of my arm at the injection site. The “jab” hurt more too & I was told the needle is larger. It’s the second dose that may cause fever, fatigue or more prolonged discomfort. Needless to say, I believe all these vaccines are necessary for us to stay as healthy as possible! Take care, Linda
