Thanks for commiserating. No one I know has had post op hip pain for as long as I have. I’ve just decided my tissues, tendons, and nerves are really angry at me and taking a really long time to heal. I insisted on the MRI with my first doctor, but I had to order the records from the hospital’s medical records department to get the results. As previously mentioned the orthopedist told me the MRI looked fine (I think he just discounted the tendonopathy, as the new joint did look fine.

When was your surgery? I know what you mean. I read that some people are up and back to norm in six weeks. I'm still the same at six months! I'm so sorry you're having so much pain. I don't have any words of wisdom. Wish I did. I can only commiserate with you. Do you have pain at night also? Good luck with your recovery. Maybe one day you'll wake up and have no pain. I hope it's soon.
