I'm interested in this question too, vgkime. Mine arrived last week and at first the vibration seemed very strong, not at all mild as some report. But if I move around a bit it settles into a mild medium vibration. I wonder about it's effectiveness and whether there is really any evidence that it at least slows down bone loss; I think I may have acted out of fear rather than rationality.
