Thank you again. It really means a lot to be able to talk to someone who’s already been through it. How long were you in the hospital?

I had my surgery 24 years ago. It was done as an open procedure, so I had one very large incision. I was in the hospital for 4-5 days. Yours will be much easier! If you want to talk to more recent patients, there are several bariatric Facebook groups.
