Anyone here dealing with peripheral neuropathy?

I was very taken by your recent post and the ointments you use. Would it be possible for to share with us where you managed to obtain these ointments so that, perhaps, others like me, may realize similar benefits?

I order mine from NanoBiologics out of CA. I haven't found anything as good at the compassion center here in RI.

I also have peripheral neuropathy starting in my legs and spreading now into my hands, especially fingers.
My balance and walking instability was improved immensely when I started wearing leg braces. While they are a bit cumbersome, I am able to walk quite well more efficiently and with much less fatigue.
I take 100mg of Gabapentin 3x/day with few side effects and much less pain in my back and down one leg.

Can someone tell me how peripheral neuropathy differs from other types of neuropothy?

It simply means the symptoms are showing in the peripheral areas if your body, that is your feet and hands. It is not a diagnosis, but a description. Neuropathy means death of nerves.

You can do a Google search for Matthew B Jensen YouTube videos for other neuropathy related videos that give good explanations.
