Has anyone tried Scrambler Therapy for neuropathy or for pain?

I have read about this device and I’m hoping someone can attest to its effectiveness for idiopathic neuropathy. I've read success stories and information online. Apparently insurance does not cover treatments, to the tune of $250 for the customary recommended 10 consecutive weekdays.

Yes, that is a program I tried. No help in the long run.

Yes I tried it and unfortunately it didn't help. I understand that it is best for diabetic and chemotherapy-induced neuropathy not idiopathic.

I have had success with better balance and so did a gale in the class that is dealing with MS. It took us 6 months with daily practice . I can balance on one leg and she now only uses one cane mostly out of extreme caution than any thing. It took longer than others because I needed to use nerves in my hips where others are getting feedback from ankle and knee nerves.

Like everything else here... it depends on the person. I tried the Calmaire therapy for 3 days (at the discount price of $75 per 1 hour session) and it made my (injury-caused) neuropathy worse! However, the technician told me about half the people that try it come back for more after 6 months. She even said there is one woman who drives 90 miles to get the treatment twice a year.

Why do you say this? It was recommended on a Mayo Clinic hospital cancer forum. Please show me proof of what you are saying.

I just finished 18 treatments of the Scrambler. When I started I was a mess. Today There is no more pain, and I can sleep all night. My problem now is regaining my balance. There are many ways to treat this. PT, for example. I will keep you posted. 😊😊😊.
