Hello pe0531. Rochester has one hotel in the Downtown area that meets all your needs, Brentwood Inn and Suites. They will have a shuttle for you to use if the walk is too much but are connected as well. Also, they have free parking and breakfast. I have been told by many patients that the staff there are very helpful and kind. If you don’t mind being a little father out, there is Aspen Suites, next to Saint Marys. The Aspen has all the things you are looking for as well as a shuttle that can bring you over to the Gonda for your appointments. Another location that meets all your needs is Comfort Inn and Suites. They too are a little farther out, about 4 miles, but have a shuttle that can bring you in as well. If the hotel does not allow you to have a later check out time, be sure to ask when you book, there is an Information Desk on the Lobby Level of Gonda that will hold you bags until you are done with your appointments.
