Can Postmenopausal woman conceive
I am postmenopausal 23 years. Sometimes I feel symptoms of being pregnant. I was in a relationship 3-4 months ago and freaking out. I have vagina and lower abdomin vibrating as well. I thought being past menopause it was impossible to get pregnant. Please help

Nothing is impossible, but high unlikely.
The limited number of eggs, combined with age-related uterine changes, and changed in hormone levels you are probably no longer ovulating.
But, with that being said, something changed and you should contact your provider or gynecologist to get checked out. There could be something else causing problems.
