When I read these comments, I feel as though most physicians are just not up to par. The information in here is so helpful, first rate & consistant in nature. The fact that, recommending an antiresorptive agent first, seems counter productive for optimal results, in most literature and trials today.

Article after article, along with newer studies, have clear evidence that sequence matters. We need to stand up as best we can and demand that we are given the most effective path forward.

You girls are great in here, a wealth of knowledge, I'd be lost without all of your input.

Insurance companies are an obstacle for physicians. They need to advocate as well. In my experience, most PCP's don't even know that it is better to start with a bone builder. The protocol is dictated by insurance and PCP's don't seem to realize it. SO much info on this optimal sequencing in studies.
