I hate to even suggest this as I am not a medical professional,
( just years of spending time with them…🤣 ) but how does gentle, even surface walking feel? Maybe a warm/heated pack for 10-15 minutes on ouchie places, then a gentle, short, walk around? The heat will get the blood flowing.
Walking in water is great for resistance, but maybe until you get your hip adjusted and heal a little more, you could take it a little easier? And still be moving?
I’m praying for some relief for you…

It was a direction for me to avoid heat, cold, all medications for the first week but now about 3 X /week I take a warm bath and it is a strong pain reliever. I am 12 days post procedure and think now, it will take Patience and Hope. Right hip PRP soon and will see MD IN 9 days to discuss further treatment. Thank you for your thoughtful and helpful replies. I am a retired Registered Nurse so do have tools and understanding of the medical world.
