MD has suggested just walking in warm pool but no more water aerobics. Pain is increasing on both sides and finding myself less active, which is rare for me. Doc also has noticed that one hip is higher than the other and so am going in for a gentle adjustment by osteopath in 5 days. Hips Band which I was wearing seems to increase the pain as it holds the muscles still and prevents circulation. Have stopped both the Serola Biomechanics and the Invisicare braces as more pain is intolerable.

I hate to even suggest this as I am not a medical professional,
( just years of spending time with them…🤣 ) but how does gentle, even surface walking feel? Maybe a warm/heated pack for 10-15 minutes on ouchie places, then a gentle, short, walk around? The heat will get the blood flowing.
Walking in water is great for resistance, but maybe until you get your hip adjusted and heal a little more, you could take it a little easier? And still be moving?
I’m praying for some relief for you…
