Of course your doc is right, and sounds like you may have to back off for a bit to let the tears heal, and find out how soon you can have your next PRP. Also Ask him when you can start some very very gentle water therapy, so it give you something to look forward to. Is there an alternate form of moving around he could recommend to keep your strength?
I did so much PT, that it did cause some other issues, tears etc.
But again, the PRP did work, but need patience…

MD has suggested just walking in warm pool but no more water aerobics. Pain is increasing on both sides and finding myself less active, which is rare for me. Doc also has noticed that one hip is higher than the other and so am going in for a gentle adjustment by osteopath in 5 days. Hips Band which I was wearing seems to increase the pain as it holds the muscles still and prevents circulation. Have stopped both the Serola Biomechanics and the Invisicare braces as more pain is intolerable.
