madeleine40 @madeleine40 I was on Tymlos for 2 years and have been off of it for 6 months. I had a -4.6 to start with and it was reduced to -3.2 after the two years. I was told I would have to take something else, Evenity, Prolia, etc. forever after that but I was unable to take anything else for various reasons. I was never without pain in my upper spine where the fracture was and still have pain. I now take multi vitamins, calcium, vit. D, zinc and magnesium and have had no more fractures. I had no side effects except a slight nausea, so I took it before bedtime. Good luck,

Thank you for your feedback txmom. Looks like good result in 2 years to me. Was the spine fracture what made you decide to start treatment? I imagine this would cause quite a bit of pain.
