Can you wear a knee sleeve every day?

I put 1/2 of a larger patch on the most painful spot, and then an ace bandage. Many nights, if I have had a barefoot day, I need an ice pack. But edema massage, stretches and holding legs up against the wall really help, if I do them! Compression socks during the day help during the worst of it. I think the Tylenol gives a bit of central pain relief, but not as good as an NSAID.

Agree....I have to be careful with nsaids but have found I can take an occasional Aleve and it doesn't bother me like Ibuprofen. I try not to be barefoot much because I'm told I need support of a good shoe. I do go barefoot at night though.
