Can you wear a knee sleeve every day?

I have tried lidocaine patches and they don't work at all for me. I have used Aleve and Tylenol and have found I have no pain or anything wearing a knee sleeve during the day. It increases blood flow, reduces inflammation and gives compression and doesn't inhibit my motion at all. I've used heat and ice as well. I think I'm just one of those people who will take longer than a year. I sleep amazing at night and wish my knee/leg felt as good as when I wake up lol

I put 1/2 of a larger patch on the most painful spot, and then an ace bandage. Many nights, if I have had a barefoot day, I need an ice pack. But edema massage, stretches and holding legs up against the wall really help, if I do them! Compression socks during the day help during the worst of it. I think the Tylenol gives a bit of central pain relief, but not as good as an NSAID.
