Thank you! Was just wondering if you’d noticed any significant difference overall.

I’m assuming my exposure is about long hot showers prior to awareness of this as well as lifelong gerd issues.

If I have understood correctly, MAI is usually from exposure to dirt/dust/soil, often from potting soil and peat moss. Avium is usually from exposure to water. Then there’s many other types of mycobacteria in all sorts of the environment. But once infected by one, we are at risk of getting others.
