Yeah, cortisone did not help me either, pain management doc said if it didn’t help probably not bursitis…🤷‍♀️ maybe my back nerve issues are cause. Will maybe try prolotherapy anyway. Will see…
I’m up for anything at this point since not too risky…
I did order the pillow mentioned in an earlier post, like I said, up for most anything. 🤞🤞🤞
I hope you find some comfort-me too, not to be selfish!
Looking forward to nerve ablation (sort of!) in 3-4 weeks. Different locations than first areas that helped.
There is another cream that my acupuncturist uses-very helpful. Sort of a cooling/burning sensation, lasts about 4 hours, but I use it definitely before bed to calm my nerves/mind. Buy online.
Called Sombra. First time I ordered it, just got a smaller one, now I order two 8 oz tubs at same time so I don’t run out. Security…
