Do you feel like the PT helped you with balance-if it did, I will go immediately!! My primary doctor said she didn't think it would help because it is nerve related-your thoughts???

I have had diabetic neuropathy for at least two decades and a good PT is worth their weight in gold. I have severe numbness in both feet. And serious balance issues. The best solution is to strengthen the core of your body. And a good PT is an expert at that.
I too was an active person playing organized basketball for 25 years and racquetball for decades after. November 11th I will join the octogenarians. I use a cane if I want to walk any distance, like in the mall. In the airport and getting on and off cruise ships we take the wheel chairs. There are many voices on MCC, thank God. “Take what you need and leave the rest”! I am praying that you will have the peace, joy, and comfort you DESERVE, GOD BLESS YOU🙏🏾

I’ve only hav 3 sessions. It’s strange and I don’t know why but some days my balance seems to be ok and other days like today it’s horrible. Im sorry I don’t have better news for u, all I can say it’s very frustrating because l’m a very active person.
