What gets you outta bed consistently?

What gets me out of bed after a few hours of sleep is waking up screaming in pain (nothing new - has happened for the last 20+ years since getting hit by a car, so I’m very used to it now, and is just pain, not PTSD - that happens when I’m awake). And I need to get up and move around to settle it down, or it’s the drenching sweats that happen nearly every night from a bone marrow problem and consistent infections I get from low immunity. The sweat sometimes makes the sheets drip onto the floor, which feels like I’ve wheeled the bed directly into a shower and turned it on. It soaks through to the outside of all the blankets (not due to temperature of the room - this happens all year round with winter room temps at 17 Celsius). I have to actively dry the blankets and mattress each day. Yuck, I can almost hear everyone reading this saying hehe.
That’s what gets me outa bed multiple times a night, and then in the morning I’ve just had enough of it for the day.

Having to go to the bathroom at all times definitely gets me out of bed. Trying to add a little humor, but it's true.
