hey Bill may i ask if you are still satisfied with the botanicals? There is so many natural products out there im not sure wich one really works. Im 45 and started having bph symptoms 2 years ago. None of these botanicals shrink the prostate? not even pumpkin seed oil? Thanks for the info. 45 yr old man from montreal.

Hi @benchi300 ,

Well, I've had a PAE (prostate artery embolization at end of February) and all my symptoms are gone, doing excellent now. As far as the botanicals go, none of them actually shrink the prostate as far as I know. I had a very large prostate, over 200 cc but I was reasonably able to manage it my condition with the botanicals although occasionally I would have hematuria, so I thought a PAE was a good fit for me. This was a good decision for me, could not be happier.

Good luck with your quest, keep researching and I'm sure you have great doctors in Montreal, one of my favorite cities.

Best,
Bill
