unbearable stomach pains.
for several years I have had unbearable stomach pains.so unbearable that I have passed out from the pain. I begin by getting a sore stomach n quickly began cold sweating .I can't tell you how long it lasts but I have passed out many times even though I have a very high pain tolerance. twice I have passed out only to be brought back awake by sanother surge of pain. the pains have progressed to this.they started out being only 1 session but over the years have grown into 2 , back to back. sometimes I use the bathroom sometimes I dont.if I do, it stinks awful.once my stool was black as if too much iron intake. the pain is so intense I cannot even tell you where exactly it is , how long it lasts or what kind of pain it is.i thought at one time it was related to my intolerance of dairy, but I no longer believe that to be the primary cause. I cannot find any common denominators which run thru my episodes.i go months on end no pains, then all of a sudden, it hits me like 10 tons of bricks.i have been to the er numerous times , each time , lack of getting diagnosed.i don't specifically remember if they gave me something for the pain but I specifically remember the last time being completely ignored by the emts n treated as if I were a fake or phoney.that time was the 2nd worse pain ever...I do remember once the er nurse injecting a clear thick gel , identical to purell into my iv...I don't remember what happened or any effects or anything except wondering wth was that? I have been to the same er or the sane thing numerous times n I still have no idea wtf is wrong.it is getting more intense, lasting longer, draining me completely each time. has anyone else had similar n Been diagnosed?

Are you sure your bowel didn't twist? You definitely need to see a Gastroenterologist asap. Ask for a complete blood count & st scan of abdomen. I suggest this as I suffer from bowel strictures & these are similar symptoms. It can be deadly so insist on seeing a specialist. All the best Donna from Australia
St should read ct scan
Black stool is blood in the stool.
Is it after you eat? Have they checked your gallbladder?
You need a good Gastro and I recommend if you live near a university medical center or a Mayo or Cleveland Clinic go there!
I had intermittent pains that brought me to the ER and have had been told it was anxiety in the past. Did the ER scan you at least?
You need a CT scan. I don’t know where you live, but any competent ER should have done that.
Have you had any surgeries in your life prior to these pain attacks? I had these attacks for many years and was told I had a spastic colon. However, I am covered with abdominal adhesions from an appendectomy when I was 9. I've had 1 abdominal surgery at 16 to save my life and remove adhesions. I've had 3 more surgeries for Ovarian Cancer and the last surgery was 8 hours long to remove the adhesions again along with the cancer. Short story is - if I have an attack I've been given dicyclomine to take. If I catch the attack early - a pill will stop the attack. Just a thought.
I had stomach pains for years, no bleeding or black still none of it just pains. After almost 6 yrs had a colonoscopy in 2022 after 10 yrs because the last one was good..results stage 2 colon cancer. Just like you I have a very high tolerance for pain, but this was horrible. Not trying to scare you just letting you know my experience.
Wish you luck
