Thank you for your post, I am considering having Colpocleisis surgery because the pessaries are not helping anymore. The vagina still bulges. I also have to wear pads 24/7 because I leak.

As I said, my surgery was successful and especially the pelvic floor physical therapy was/is an immense help. The "twitchy bladder" has been resolved with the PT and I feel normal now! Good luck with your experience!
