Right after the catheter was removed, I never had good days, only leaky ones. Now I have good days but I can almost guarantee a leaky one by drinking coffee or alcohol, especially a couple of beers after golf. They both irritate my bladder but I'm willing to put up with it some days. I don't have such self-discipline that I can forego those drinks forever. But I have curtailed them, especially coffee. And if I switch to a half glass of wine, it doesn't affect me as much.
