Hi Merry. Thanks for your very valid feedback.
I am 3 years post-surgery, but the Guillain-Barre hospitalization, subsjequent rehab, & then home alone on high steroids for 3 1/2 months, over the course of the Pandemic was he worst combination of negative factors one could face.
I'm joining the Gym tonight.

@lynguist- Good for you. Perhaps you can get some private lessons to get you going and make sure that your form is correct?
