Hi @whahoo, from what I've read Keytruda is being used with success in some early-stage lung cancers. The Keytruda is used after another treatment has been completed, usually surgery. This helps to eliminate any cancer cells that may have found their way out of the initial tumor or past the lymph nodes.
Keytruda is not applicable for patients with EGFR or ALK mutations. So, it doesn't apply to all early-stage NSCLCs.
