Very tired. Wore out exhausted
I go to my one Dr on Thursday I'll see what he has to say. My white blood count is high platelets are low. The B12 has been high that I know of for over a year now. Let me know what u think

I don't know what the number 6000 means for a B12 count. Normal values are 160 to 950 picograms per milliliter (pg/mL), or 118 to 701 picomoles per liter (pmol/L). Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Some labs use different measurements or may test different samples. Talk to your provider about what your specific test results mean.

High white cell count usually suggests a possible infection. Because your body is fighting something, you feel tired.
