Hello @anthonyfesposito, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @jakedduck1 and others. I have numbness with my neuropathy but don't have any burning or pain during the day or at night. I'm pretty sure you are not alone with your symptoms. Probably the best thing you can do for yourself is to learn as much as you can about your diagnosis and any available treatments that may provide some relief. I think the physical therapy for balance is a good thing but I'm guessing that is not what is bothering you the most about your symptoms. I thought you might find this article on burning feet helpful if you haven't already seen it. The article lists some home remedies towards the end of the information.

John there is a lot to digest I’m not a diabetic , and I really don’t drink. It’s only been about 6 months that I have been dealing with neuropathy which makes me a new comer. I’ve learned a lot in such a shot time. Again thank u for all the info u provided me I will see what applies to me and go fyy r on there.
