I've had Neuropathy for close to 40 years, a good many of those years was numbness.
As I understand it there is no treatment for numbness although I wonder if some supplements might that are on the N
I went to PT for balance training and like you it didn't help. if memory serves, I have read that balance exercises has helped some people.

I believe that if an effective treatment were available one of the Neurologists would have recommended it.

Jake thank u what u sent me seems like a lot to digest, I’m am 89 years old and very active, played professional baseball, I still play 3 days a week I also play golf 2 or 3 times and throw in working out before baseball and golf. Busy schedule. Same goes on when I go to Fla. in mid Oct. and return early May. Again thank u for the info u sent me.
