Hi @mariajean03, I think you might be using the Reply button on your email program and not clicking on the blue VIEW & REPLY button at the end of the email notification. When you use your email program Reply, it attaches the email notification including all of the hidden coding that you don't normally see on your computer or phone/tablet device you are using for your email. The VIEW & REPLY button actually takes you to the Connect site using your web browser program and opens the Reply box for the post for the notification you received.
