Hi, I have been on a station for 3 yrs. I take it every other day . It's too lower your cholostrol, . I started off the same, I have halved my does as I find drs. Like to start high. Not always needed when you research. If you have had a to a or stroke, balance is an issue. My brother fell as well be was a roofer in great shape sadly died from the impact .

Thank you for your input. I am so sorry about your brother. I easily could have been killed....landing on head/neck.
