My frax score was on the report from the radiologist who issued the report

If your results are in MyChart, FollowMyHealth, or other patient portal, you might find your frax score there.

You can also ask for a more detailed report. My t-score didn't make sense to me and it was because I did not have the entire report in mychart. It did have the Frax scores, Z-score and TBS on it.
