Chronic Nausea: What solutions have you found?

I have had daily nausea for a year now. I have GERD too but I don’t think it’s related.
Upper endoscopy also normal. Will have gastric emptying testy I had the test before/ normal.
I understand what you say about rx drug-I assume it is Zofran. It works well but causes severe constipation.
Lately I take Bonine for milder nausea. I also have rx Promethazine that works fairly well. Chewing ginger candy takes the edge off to.
I eat different now- some of the foods I used to love before makes me nauseous just thinking about it.
I don’t have any magic cure but you could try the meds I mentioned.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear that you are continuing to deal with such difficult symptoms.
Yes, Zofran was the culprit. I was worried about trying Promethazine because the most common side effects are sedation, confusion and even constipation. I assume that you haven't had those issues, which is great, but I'd be nervous to try it.
I will look into Bonine. My doctor never mentioned it.
