How did they test your pudendal nerve? Anesthetic injection?

It was with an EMG if I understood correctly. But after many years with chronic pain I really think it is all tied in with my low back pain. It is all only on only the left side: tail bone pain, SIJ pain, sciatic pain, hip pain and pudental nerve (burning pain). I now have a spinal cord stimulator and it helps tremendously.
