I wear Birkenstock Sandler around the house. They keep me out of pain. I can’t walk outside in them though.

I do the same, Birkenstock sandals inside, Drew sneakers ( with arch supports) & Trotentop clogs outside. So far it hasn't come back 2 yrs now...good luck !
