Chronic Nausea: What solutions have you found?

Thanks for your interest @clutch!
I don't take any prescription meds, but have used several supplements for many years to help with osteoporosis and arthritis mostly.
On the advice of my GP, I cut out all of them to see if my nausea abated. It didn't, but I did discover that I no longer needed some of them so in the end, I'm saving a good bit of money, LOL!
As I mentioned in response to Justin, I did try DIgest Gold but it actually caused more stomach upset. I do occasionally take a Gin Gins hard candy. It occasionally helps ever so slightly, but it isn't reliable or very effective.
Regarding triggers, I have learned to avoid foods higher in fat and fiber as those definitely increase the level of nausea. But avoiding them has not eradicated the nausea and I can still have some pretty difficult times.
I appreciate your questions and welcome your thoughts.

I have used FDgard and it does work. It’s OTC and the best price I have found is on Amazon. There is also another type by the same company for lower digestive issues called IBgard.
Hope this helps
