@fourj, I'm sorry to hear you are having pain and numbness issues following your TKR. I did find some easy to understand information on treatment options if you have Baxter's Nerve entrapment.

Have you discussed your thoughts/concerns with your doctor or the surgeon who did the TKR to see if they have suggestions to help?

Thanks for responding. I've already read on that website. Doctors just say perhaps it'll just take time for inflammation to go down and release the nerve. I'm worried about permanent damage. Its been 9 months since tkr.
