Yes, I think that all of those will help. My bursitis was very sensitive to pressure from sleeping on my side, riding my recumbent bike. Once I started to sleep on my stomach, it relieved the pressure and it subsided. PT and ultrasound treatments also helped. Certainly worth asking a few questions to see if this could be playing a part in your pain.
