You seem to have found some really good information. Yes, High impact interval training (HIIT ) is the one of the best for building your bones. Specific exercises to build none is out there in a variety of places to be discussed. Because I tripped across Bone Coach as one place, there are other places. Margaret Martin PT has a whole program , Sherri Betz PT , you can access on line , it just so happens she is the person on the Bone Coach team that addresses the exercise part. Sarah Meeks PT, is widely respected, don’t actually know if she does exercise stuff on line , but you could certainly find out by googling her. And now you brought up some other potential sources here today. I’ll be curious to check them out. The people I sited were the experts included in the Osteoporosis Symposium that was offered for free this past spring. 7 filled days of information all related to natural things to do to improve your general situation with your bones. Anywhere from foods to eat, supplements to take, what blood work needs to be done before you go on any meds……., I surmise it will happen again next year . Keep your eyes out as if you participate in that you’ll get information from all aspects of osteo stuff. Good luck …. Keep exercising in a smart way at the level you can . Not everyone with osteo issues can participate in the high intensity training , but if you’re able to GREAT!!
