I'm sorry to hear that you are dealing with this, but I am glad that you've had some time to travel and enjoy your life. You've had time to think about these decisions, but I'm sure we're never really ready when the decisions present themselves. I hope you can get more info on the treatment side effects vs. prognosis, that will help to make things clearer. It won't be an easy decision.
